Refund and Delivery Policy

A ) Delivery policy:

  Any customer who bought from our store “Gaminalia.com” has the right to a refund. Still, concerning the conditions mentioned below in paragraph B. before any refund, there is a payment and then delivery.

After successful payment, the customer will receive the product instantly  to 24 hours if the product is not in stock. The delivery will be late if the order is placed at night because our store staff works from 09:00 to 00:00 (London time zone GMT+0). If any item is purchased after midnight, you will have to wait until morning.

B ) Refund policy:

The refund will be the right of any customer concerning the conditions listed below.



When will the refund be acceptable? 



If the ordered product is out of stock and has not been restocked, after 48 hours, the money will be credited to your bank directly. 


Sometimes we need proof of payment because some payments are questionable; in this case, if we can’t get enough evidence, we’ll have to return the money within 48 hours. 


If the payment is incomplete, we must receive the full amount stated on the site; In this case, you will receive an email and ask you to complete the amount; if we do not receive any response within 48 hours, we will refund directly to the bank of payment.


 If the customer wants to buy one account and pay for two items, the buyer must be vigil and tell us the error before delivery as shown on the page (Terms of Use)



When will the refund be not acceptable? 



You find a lower price on another website.


You request a refund because you have changed your mind and do not want the product after it has already been ordered.
